Ini bukan sekadar pertemuan rutin, melainkan sebuah forum strategis di mana kita mengevaluasi kinerja masa lalu, merencanakan arah ke depan, dan menyelaraskan seluruh tim untuk mencapai tujuan bersama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tahun ini kami mengambil tema \u201cTransformasi Pembelajaran Mendalam menuju Sekolah Bermutu dan Berkarakter\u201d dengan agar semua Bapak dan Ibu guru dapat menguasai <em>Deep Learning <\/em>untuk tahun pelajaran 2025 \u2013 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelaksaan raker, Selasa 1 Juli 2025 di SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Yogyakarta, yang hanya dihadiri dari unsur Pengawas Sekolah dan Guru serta Karyawan SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Yogyakarta. Rapat Kerja Sekolah merupakan kegiatan rutin yang selalu dilaksanakan setiap menjelang tahun pelajaran baru. Rapat kerja merupakan rapat resmi yang diselenggarakan oleh sekolah, dengan tujuan melakukan evaluasi, membuat program kerja dan merencang secara teknis pelaksanaan kegiatan selama satu tahun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tujuan dari Rapat kerja antara lain<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Evaluasi Kinerja. <\/strong>Kita melihat kembali apa yang sudah terjadi selama setahun terakhir. Apa yang berhasil? adakah peluang untuk perbaikan?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Penyelarasan Tim. <\/strong>Rapat ini memastikan bahwa setiap anggota tim, dari semua level memahami arah organisasi, tujuan yang harus dicapai, dan peran mereka masing-masing dalam mencapainya. Ini sangat penting untuk membangun rasa kepemilikan dan kolaborasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Membangun Semangat dan Apresiasi. <\/strong>Rapat ini bisa menjadi kesempatan yang baik untuk merayakan keberhasilan, mengakui kontribusi tim, dan membangun semangat kerja positif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Identifikasi Tantangan dan Peluang. <\/strong>Kita membahas hambatan yang mungkin muncul dan bagaimana cara mengatasinya. Sebaliknya, kita juga mencari peluang baru yang bisa dimanfaatkan untuk pertumbuhan dan inovasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Muhammadiyah menyelenggarakan pendidikan bukan mengada-ada agar terlihat ada kegiatannya, atau mengharap bantuan dari Pemerintah. Muhammadiyah memiliki tujuan agar terwujud masyarakat yang sebenar-benarnya. Sehingga Muhammadiyah memandang bahwa pendidikan merupakan Amanah untuk mencerdaskan bangsa. SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Yogyakarta yang tahun pelajaran ini mendapat siswa yang berlebih, harus dijawab dengan penuh kesyukuran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images
